1. Introduction

2. Definitions

• "User", "you" or "your" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether or not they have registered an account.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a User upon successful completion of the registration process.

4. Account Registration and Security

11. Intellectual Property

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. No other use is permitted without pkr098's prior written consent.

11.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Platform content without explicit written authorisation from pkr098.

12. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

12.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkr098 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, accuracy of information, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.

12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr098 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of winnings, data loss or loss of profit.

12.3 pkr098 does not accept liability for any failure in service due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, government actions, natural disasters or third-party service failures.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.2 The date of the most recent review is indicated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

14.3 If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting the support team.
